Shipping policy

Overview
Welcome to pawscollective.store. We are a Shopify-powered pet products store operating in India. When you place an order with us, you're purchasing directly from Paws Collective. Shopify enables our store but is not responsible for any aspect of your order or delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order  we may not be able to make changes once processing begins.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed to the courier, tracking details will be sent to your email automatically.
Dropshipping Notice
Paws Collective operates on a dropshipping model. Your order ships directly from our supplier to your address. Packaging may not always carry Paws Collective branding. If anything goes wrong with your delivery, contact us  not the supplier.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. We will always help you follow up on a delayed shipment.
Risk of Loss
Once your order is transferred to the courier, risk of loss passes to you. We recommend contacting us immediately if your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package.
